Select From Many Email Tools
This WikMail email program is made to suit every taste. You can choose to use some parts and not others. You may like to use stationery, you may like to make your own stationery, with the WikMail Stationery Creator (included free with the purchase of WikMail Pro Licence) or you may prefer not to use stationery at all. You have a tremendous choice.This screenshot (above) shows the WikMail Message Editor with a stationery opened from the list on the side. As you hover with the mouse over the name of a stationery a thumbnail appears like the one of a Pluto text scrollbar stationery in the screenshot above. You can also choose to have thumbnails (adjustable in size) at the bottom of the editor and they can scroll left or right or not at all and they can easily be hidden from view altogether.
There are many tabs on the interface of this program so make sure that you click on them all and experiment with their use. If you need to ask any questions about any of the tools available, go to WikMail Junction Forum and you will receive a great welcome and all the assistance you require.

Diagrams Designer
OK, I know I am cheating a bit here because I have not made any diagrams. However by doing this I show that this Designer can be used for more than just Diagrams. I am doing something quick and without leaving WikMail. I don't have to open PaintShopPro and yet look what I can create. Just click on the Diagrams tab.
Then by clicking on the shape icon indicated by the Blue arrow I was able to draw the cylinder shape just by dragging the mouse. The other two shapes with the tab at the top of them were drawn using the shape with the yellow arrow. Then another shape was drawn on the bottom graphic using the shape indicated by the light blue arrow. Oh yes, and the green arrow shows that I used this icon to color the shape . All the little photos were also easily added from my hard drive using the Photo tab (Red arrow).
There is also a text area for adding text anywhere on the shapes. I chose to put titles at the top of two of them. How easy is that? All done without leaving WikMail. To add any of the diagrams you make to your email you just have to click on the tab "Insert Diagram" (on the left side of the Designer).
Add Animations
If you want to add some animations to your email this is easily done using the animations tab. In the screenshot to the left you can see the animations tab with the red elipse around it.
I simply opened Windows Explorer and navigated to C:/Program Files/WikMail/Image Library. I then created a new folder in there called "Sig Tags" then copy pasted all my Signature Tags to that folder from other areas in my computer. Now when I make any I can save them straight to that Signature folder. To put one in your email you select the Sig or other image you want and click on "Insert image into message".
You can of course add other folders to the Image Library, so you can build a collection in catogeries for use when you need them.
The Voice Recorder
Click on "Extras" tab and select "Insert Voice Message" and the Voice Recorder will open as in this screenshot ready to record a message and insert straight into your email.
It is so easy to attach a quick piece of your own voice. You may want to make a quick remark or sing "Happy Birthday", as long as you make a little plan before hand it will be a huge success. It is as simple as clicking Record, Stop, Add to Message but you might like to listen to it first by selecting Play before adding the recording to your message.
Tip: Before recording your voice message, make a little script on a notepad by your PC so that you will record your message with confidence and have no "pregnant pauses".
Lots more Features
There are lots more features in the WikMail Message Editor and it is difficult to show them all. How nice, personal and really up to date it would be to let your friend or family member have a photo taken right now of you as you type your email! Again WikMail provides a tool to do this using your Webcam.
Click on the "Extras" Tab and select "Insert webcam capture". When your photo appears in the capture window, line it up how you want it, wear your best smile (say cheese if you have to), just like my friend Archie here. When everything is how you want it to be, click on the insert tab in the viewer. Your up to date and most recent photo will be in your email and ready to send.
Explore the Wonders Behind the Tabs
You really have to spend some time exploring the WikMail program or you will miss out on a lot of fantastic and handy time saving tools. This scanner tool will not only bring in photos from your scanner but can be used as an image editor.
If you want to include a graphic image of any kind in your email but it needs to be altered first then this tool will do it and again you will not have to open a separate Image editor.
The Image editor can resize, add color, increase and decrease color, and much more including adding text as I did in this shot of the Lizard.
Again, remember, all this accomplished without leaving the WikMail Editor, all so easy with WikMail.
